Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Resolve complex customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Provide product training and guidance to clients to ensure optimal usage of our services.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify and escalate potential system improvements to the management team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is highly desirable.
