Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while adhering to company service level agreements (SLAs).
- Update customer accounts and track order status with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Document all interactions and escalations accurately in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or logistics preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during night hours.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for shift changes.
