Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
