Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently using company scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and adhere to sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
