Your Mission
As a Night Shift Representative, you will be the voice of our brand during our peak operational hours. You will handle high-volume inquiries, resolve complex issues with empathy, and ensure our clients feel valued around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a steady stream of phone calls, emails, and chat messages during the night shift.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or billing problems to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain Data Accuracy: Log all interactions and account updates into our CRM systems with 100% precision.
- Collaborate with Day Teams: Communicate critical issues to the morning support staff to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Adhere to Protocols: Follow all company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or support environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and computer systems.
