Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Document all interactions accurately and concisely in the CRM system.
- Assist clients with account information, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a high standard of call quality and adherence to scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or support experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
