Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders, returns, and shipping requests with 99% accuracy
- Resolve customer escalations using de-escalation techniques
- Document interactions in CRM system with precise detail
- Collaborate with overnight teams for seamless handovers
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in weekend-specific process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6am-2pm Sat/Sun)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Chicago metropolitan area a plus
