Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails during night hours with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and process orders efficiently.
- Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during late-night shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
