Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic data entry.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a high-volume setting.
