Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all nightly warehouse and logistics activities to ensure 100% operational uptime.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment in real-time.
- Lead a team of night staff, conducting briefings and performance reviews.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and logistical challenges immediately.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Utilize advanced logistics software to track shipments and generate reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in logistics or supply chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
