Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive strategic vision and execution plan for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Neuro-interfaces) into our core product suite ahead of the 2026 release cycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, board members, and investors to secure buy-in and funding.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of strategists, data scientists, and UX designers.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct forward-looking risk assessments to mitigate potential disruptions in the rapidly changing tech landscape of 2026.
- Partnership Building: Forge strategic alliances with key industry players and academic institutions to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, with a proven track record of leading high-level technology initiatives.
