Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for post-quantum computing paradigms
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI consciousness and autonomous decision systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to disrupt 2026 markets
- Partner with governments and NGOs on policy development for digital sovereignty
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital partners

Qualifications
