Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable microservices architectures tailored for high-frequency AI processing.
- Lead technical decision-making regarding database sharding, latency optimization, and security protocols for next-gen applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI researchers, product managers, UX designers) to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the system and proactively architect solutions to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in edge computing and decentralized networks to integrate relevant technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proficiency in high-performance programming languages such as Rust, Go, or C++.
- Strong background in machine learning operations (MLOps) and data pipeline architecture.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, production-grade software products from concept to launch.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
