Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuit architectures for fault-tolerant quantum computing.
- Lead a team of quantum engineers and researchers in optimizing algorithmic performance.

- Develop and maintain quantum error correction protocols to ensure system stability.
- Translate complex quantum mechanics concepts into actionable software solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on high-performance computing or quantum computing platforms (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and classical parallel computing libraries.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, superposition, and entanglement.
