Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable quantum algorithms for our Project 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit compilation and error mitigation.
- Lead the design of software frameworks for quantum machine learning applications.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior quantum developers and researchers.
- Translate complex scientific findings into clear technical documentation and patents.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing to ensure our technology remains at the forefront.
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
