Responsibilities

- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast emerging AI trends and integrate them into product pipelines.
- Ensure all AI solutions meet rigorous security, compliance, and ethical AI standards.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for high-performance machine learning workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization for real-time AI inference.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or a related architectural role.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deploying LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source).
- Proven experience designing large-scale, distributed cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade software.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
