- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Translate technical innovations into scalable business models with measurable ROI
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technology adoption frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech deployment timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of launching products 3-5 years ahead of market maturity
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets with stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio of deployed future-tech solutions with measurable impact
