Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect the technical roadmap and long-term strategy for quantum integration across all product lines.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on quantum error correction and superposition algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.
- Integration & Scalability: Design hybrid quantum-classical systems that are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
- Patent & Innovation: Drive the creation of intellectual property and patents related to novel quantum architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement) and programming languages such as Python, Qiskit, Cirq, or TensorFlow Quantum.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading technical teams of 10+ members in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical roadmaps with broader business goals and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
