Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models that can handle petabytes of data in real-time.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing to solve complex industry problems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune existing models for improved accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency using advanced optimization techniques.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural planning sessions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
