Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing billions of parameters.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models, including fine-tuning and RAG architectures.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies in the AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
