- Partner with VPs of Engineering to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
