Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, climate, and urban planning sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast disruptive trends and mitigate systemic risks
- Produce annual 'FutureScan' reports distributed to Fortune 500 executives and policymakers
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum computing and neurotech integration projects
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists while establishing KPIs for innovation impact
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, TED, and UN Future Forums
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Proficiency in Futures Platform, Palisade @Risk, and AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state transformations
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic preferred for global stakeholder engagement
