Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define the strategic vision and execution plan for our technology infrastructure, focusing on AI, Quantum computing, and advanced automation.
- Emerging Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies to identify high-value opportunities and potential threats to our business model.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technological strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Partnership Development: Identify and forge partnerships with key tech vendors, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Assess current capabilities and recommend investments in technology, talent, and infrastructure for the upcoming years.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee pilot programs and experimental projects to validate new concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or senior engineering management with a focus on long-term planning.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think beyond current constraints and anticipate industry shifts 3-5 years into the future.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-budget strategic initiatives.
