- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions for emerging markets
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and risk assessments for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on future-proofing business models
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics)
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and agile prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (PESTEL, STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF) preferred
