Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon Labs leading up to and including 2026.
- Architect scalable systems that integrate Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and IoT for seamless interoperability.
- Lead high-level decision-making regarding technology adoption and infrastructure modernization.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to ensure they align with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic visions into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and Edge Computing.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of emerging trends in sustainability and their impact on technology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
