Role Overview:
The Lead Future Systems Architect will be responsible for designing the high-level architecture of our next-gen products. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready systems, ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and ready for the demands of the future.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, resilient systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and quantum-level processing requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop technical roadmaps and architecture strategies specifically aligned with the company's 2026 strategic milestones.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of engineers in researching emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high code quality standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior architects.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Computer Science, with a focus on high-scale systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++; deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Futuristic Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, blockchain integration, or quantum computing concepts is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
