Key Responsibilities:

- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Agentic AI, Predictive Analytics, and scalable infrastructure.
- Technology Foresight: Conduct in-depth research on upcoming tech trends and evaluate their potential applicability to our product ecosystem.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leads to align technical strategies with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee proof-of-concept projects and pilot programs for new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor technology stacks and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
