Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable systems and microservices architectures.
- Cloud Strategy: Drive cloud migration initiatives and optimize our infrastructure on AWS and Azure for maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor junior architects and developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Innovation Implementation: Research and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing) into the core product strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages; deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
