Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team in the development of scalable AI models and neural networks.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen, cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate high-level business strategies into technical execution plans.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and AI model governance.
- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to enhance user experiences.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
