Your Mission:
As a Senior AI Engineer at 2026, you will design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models. You will collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate AI capabilities into our flagship platform, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the research and development of novel NLP and computer vision models.
- Optimize existing models for latency and throughput in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs, etc.).
- Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
