- Develop and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy with $50M R&D budget
- Lead 'Horizon Labs' incubator program for emerging tech ventures
- Present strategic blueprints to board of directors and key stakeholders
- Build and lead a 15-member cross-functional futurist team
- Secure 3+ industry patents annually in next-gen technologies
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and NASA on 2026 research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 2025+ tech products
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 5+ disruptive innovations launched in last 5 years
- Top 1% performance in predictive modeling competitions
