Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, biotech integration, and climate tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum, neuromorphic computing, Web3.0) for commercial viability
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least 2 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
