Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and technical evolution.
- Lead the design and deployment of microservices and serverless architectures to maximize scalability and reduce latency.
- Oversee cloud migration strategies (AWS/Azure) and ensure zero-downtime transitions for enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and code quality across all development teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and infrastructure modernization projects.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
