We are looking for a visionary Lead Architect: 2026 Roadmap & Future Tech to join Nexus Horizon. You will lead a high-impact R&D division, guiding our engineering teams to pioneer solutions in Artificial General Intelligence, Quantum Integration, and Sustainable Computing.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic creation and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core product lines.
- Emerging Tech Research: Spearhead R&D initiatives in next-generation technologies, including Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces, and Advanced Robotics.
- Technical Strategy: Architect scalable, future-proof systems that can withstand the rapid evolution of the tech landscape over the next 2-3 years.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product leads to align technical capabilities with business goals and market demands.
- Proof of Concepts: Design and validate high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and value for future product releases.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Emerging Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding and demonstrable experience with cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, or Web3).
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and system scalability.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
