Responsibilities
- Strategic System Design: Architect end-to-end, scalable solutions for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring resilience and performance at massive scale.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and define technical roadmaps, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- Integration & Innovation: Oversee the integration of AI-driven predictive models and legacy modernization strategies into our core infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product leaders and C-suite executives to translate business objectives into technical blueprints.
- Cloud & Security: Ensure all architectures adhere to SOC2 compliance and leverage the latest cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless).
- R&D Leadership: Identify and prototype emerging technologies that will be critical for our 2026 product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or principal engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical strategy for complex, large-scale enterprise systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Experience: Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, driving sprint goals to completion.
