Responsibilities
- Define Roadmaps: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, translating abstract concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- System Design: Design resilient, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling quantum-scale data processing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.
- Code Reviews: Maintain rigorous standards for code quality, security, and performance through comprehensive code reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or principal engineering role.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices.
- Future Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML architectures, edge computing, and next-gen connectivity protocols (6G/7G). Experience with quantum computing concepts is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex product launches.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
