Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of quantum-ready cloud infrastructure for the 2026 release cycle.
- Define and enforce technical standards for AI integration and autonomous system scalability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, UX designers, and product managers.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies for upcoming product launches.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as Synthetic Data and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and futuristic computing paradigms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
