Responsibilities
- Lead the design and training of large-scale foundational models targeting the 2026 AGI roadmap.
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time decision-making in autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical AI principles into core architecture.
- Research and implement novel architectures such as Mamba, Vision Transformers, and state-space models.
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Publish groundbreaking research at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact papers in Machine Learning.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Megatron-LM) at scale.
- Experience with RLHF, Constitutional AI, or LLM fine-tuning techniques.
