Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures that optimize computational performance.
- System Integration: Integrate advanced AI models with quantum hardware interfaces (QPU) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure Quantum).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of AI engineers, quantum researchers, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for quantum integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Security & Compliance: Develop robust security protocols to protect sensitive data in quantum environments and ensure compliance with emerging regulations.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize algorithms to reduce latency and maximize throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3-5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; experience with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in designing solutions on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
