Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of our core AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability for our 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to drive product innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performance engineering squad, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for edge deployment and real-time inference, pushing performance boundaries.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical strategies that align with long-term business goals.
- Protocol Implementation: Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage across all projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role within high-scale tech environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically with Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using advanced algorithmic approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
