The Role:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing hybrid quantum-classical algorithms. You will lead a high-performance team of data scientists and quantum physicists to deliver scalable solutions that push the boundaries of what is computationally possible.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing systems tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead the development of advanced Machine Learning models that leverage quantum mechanics for optimization and simulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum APIs into existing AI infrastructures.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural best practices are followed across the board.
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum computing trends and evaluate new hardware/software stacks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong understanding of classical optimization algorithms and their quantum counterparts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
