In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between complex algorithmic development and ethical governance. You will define the frameworks that guide our AI models, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability for users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and compliance standards for 2026 technology stacks.
- Conduct rigorous audits of machine learning models to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias and security risks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ethical guardrails into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Advocate for responsible AI practices to stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay ahead of emerging global regulations, including the EU AI Act and future US federal guidelines.
- Design educational programs to foster an ethical culture across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related technical domain with a focus on compliance.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of writing and enforcing corporate policies regarding data privacy and algorithmic fairness.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
