Responsibilities

- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging technologies including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing integration.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible deployment of AI systems.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and optimize inference pipelines for speed and efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, specifically in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- System Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures at scale.
- LLM Experience: Strong background in training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
