Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Governance Framework: Develop and enforce comprehensive ethical guidelines and compliance standards for all AI deployments, anticipating future regulatory shifts.
- Conduct Impact Assessments: Perform rigorous audits on machine learning models to identify and mitigate bias, discrimination, and safety risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to embed ethical considerations into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Policy Advocacy: Represent Nexus Horizon in industry forums, contributing to the global conversation on AI regulation and best practices.
- Training & Education: Lead internal workshops to upskill teams on ethical AI principles, data privacy, and responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or a related field; Master’s degree or JD/LLM preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or AI ethics within the technology sector.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and generative AI architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating regulatory trends and proactively shaping organizational policies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical and legal concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse audiences.
