Role Overview:
The Next-Gen AI Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core machine learning infrastructure that powers our proprietary platforms. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI systems and microservices architecture to support 2026 technology trends.
- R&D Strategy: Evaluate emerging AI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, Transformers) and integrate them into our production stack to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize neural network models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and secure cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) to support high-volume data processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Go; deep understanding of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud native architecture.
- Mathematical Aptitude: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
