Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models tailored for 2026 applications.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems architecture for high-throughput data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical interviews to scale the engineering team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies like Neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
