Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the end-to-end technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Neural Interfaces, Green Tech) and integrating them into our core architecture.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and future-proof system architectures that can handle the demands of next-generation computing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives, evaluate prototypes, and make data-driven decisions on technology adoption.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and architects on advanced methodologies.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software engineering, system architecture, or technical product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to predict industry trends and propose strategic pivots for long-term growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
