Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Develop transparent documentation for AI decision-making processes
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance protocols
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., Stanford HAI)
- Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
