- Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., next-gen neural networks, quantum-inspired algorithms) into existing frameworks.
- Lead code reviews, establish architectural standards, and mentor senior engineering staff.
- Oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning models into production environments with zero downtime.
- Ensure data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards are rigorously maintained across all architectural designs.
- Act as the primary technical evangelist for the 2026 Initiative, representing the company at industry conferences and technical summits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.

- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs or generative AI models into production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles and modern data pipeline architecture.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
