Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, distributed system architectures for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of large language models and neural networks, focusing on inference speed, memory efficiency, and accuracy.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and engineering standards for the 2026 release cycle, aligning with business objectives.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, research, and security to deliver impactful features.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architectural or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Generative AI technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Language: Native fluency in English.
